Phil is the Peace and Justice advocate for Franciscan Collaborative Ministries. In that capacity he serves on a number of boards, which allows him to be in contact with emerging groups attempting to define their needs and goals.
As a staff writer, Phil is editor of the Closer to Home segment of the Messenger of St. Anthony from Padua, and is also editor of the FCM e-newsletter. He serves as a columnist for the Catholic Sun and Words of Life, in addition to doing copy editing for the Mesagero. He also does freelance writing for a number of publications.
